Commitment to guarantee the manufacture quality of the product for a period of two years, with the exception of accessories and accessories.
The repair time is a maximum of 20 days from the date of receiving the product at the maintenance department (not including the time required to provide the required spare parts)
Commitment to a 30-day quality maintenance guarantee
Obligation to respond to customer complaints, provide the required data, update the customer with the complaint path within 5 days, and final response to the complaint within a period not exceeding 30 days
The devices are transferred from the customer to the maintenance center through shipping companies, and the shipping period takes 10 working days.
